John Lewis Finance wanted an engaging, persuasive way to showcase their pet insurance offering.
The high-end high street name asked us to create a product hub that:
- Reflects our relationship with pets
- Covers pets at every stage of their life
- Engages younger people without children
We looked beyond the obvious to find the right approach for the hub. Our idea sprang from a single observation: ‘people think of their pets like children’. So why not take inspiration from parenting sites to frame our thinking and craft content made for every pet life stage?
Articles and animations covered everything from preparing for the pet’s arrival to their later stages of life. To supercharge engagement, dwell times and awareness, we built a product hub complete with interactive quizzes. Our customer-focused approach entertained and maintained users’ attention, helping to reduce bounce rates in the process.
