We immersed ourselves in the 4C world using workshops, interviews and competitor research and discovered an unoccupied place in the market. A place where 4CS can explain how they benefit users, build on existing customer relationships and make connections with a new audience.
Our strategy focused on 4C’s ability to find solutions and support their customers in the long term. This meant crafting messaging that focused on the end user and their needs, while simplifying a complex problem-solving platform for everybody.
And that wasn’t all. We established a new visual identity, produced explainer animations, wrote social copy and crafted an ‘About us’ section that positioned the brand exactly where it needed to be.
