Challenge

giffgaff has always done things differently; phones without contracts, a network run by its community of customers, so asking for Sticky’s curious approach to content was a natural choice.  

The brand where humans and handsets meet asked us to:

  • Connect the giffgaff community to more sustainable choices 
  • Produce a content strategy to keep the conversation going 

Approach

The market is flooded with sustainability content and not all of it is made equal. Our challenge was establishing new green credentials for giffgaff while inspiring their audience to rethink e-waste, and climb the blog up in Google search results. 

We brought recycled SIM packs and refurbished phones together with our SEO know-how, combining educational blog posts with motivational influencers and fun feel-good social content to create an all-encompassing people-focused strategy that got results.
